Head - Sales & Marketing - eCommerce (8-10 yrs)
E-commerce Sales Head -D2C E-commerce brand - Gurgaon
CTC : up to 15-20 LPA
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :
- Online/ Channel Sales Revenue
- Performance Marketing : CTR, CRR, ROI and ROAS, Budgets vs Targets
- Creation and implementation of strategy
- Lead Digital Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing aligned to e-commerce channels growth
- Work Exp : min 10+ years with D2C e-commerce brand working with Marketplaces is MANDATORY!
LOCATION : GURGAON
- Creating Value
- Responsible for top-line & bottom line of overall e-commerce channels, website and marketplaces
- Lead & strategize monthly marketing strategy within the allocated budgets. Coordinate marketing campaigns with pre-sales and sales activities
- Lead campaigns, monitor performance and optimize spends, in line with revenue targets. Monitor campaign ROIs
- Catalogue management and QC of the listings
- Execute the marketing calendar and identify key events/ spikes to leverage to drive inorganic growth
- Drive performance marketing to drive organic and inorganic growth
- Responsible for SEO/ SEM on an on-going basis on all platforms
- Generate weekly, fortnightly & monthly reports on performance for internal & external stakeholders
- Analyse competitor performance across platforms on an on-going basis to ensure the brand stays ahead of the growth curve
- Growing the top products and categories, building marketing and sales funnels
- Maintaining a healthy GM for each product on the platforms
- Sales forecasting, monitoring sales results and reporting the same to the management
- Negotiate and manage price alignments & discounting
Innovation :
- Building new partnerships to drive acquisition and growth
- Devising and executing innovative growth strategies
- Stake Holder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Ensure timely listing and delivery of products & promotions
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Handle external performance marketing agencies
- Relationship management with key stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, warehouse, logistics and finance teams.
