Key Deliverables
Head - Sales & Marketing will be responsible for overall business sales and marketing targeting to achieve top line market share and revenue & brand objectives.
- Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions.
- Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability.
- Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy.
- Forecast sales and gross margin.
- Generate leads to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor costs and pricing of finished products.
- Sales team recruitment, orientation and target management.
- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
- Update management on business process, operating plans and profitability.
