Job Description:

Job Purpose:

1. Formulate the sales and marketing(RETAIL & INSTITUTIONAL) plan of company as per the budgeted figures of the company.

2. Achieve the sales and marketing plan for Company.

3. Achieve the margin/profitability target for Company.

4. Manage a team of field sales executives, marketing executive to achieve highest sales efficiency

5. Provide market intelligence and market information to the business.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieve the sales volume, margin, collection as per target.

2. Looking after overall sales and marketing of PVC, CPVC, SWR Pipes & Fittings (Water Tanks etc..)

3. Increase sales efficiency with primary focus on managing performance of the sales executives through proper coaching, skill development and motivation-

4. Build a strong relationship with key customers, consultants and distributors

5. Sales reporting and maintaining a reporting process

Decision Making:-

1. Decide on the sales network team and promotional activities as per budget.

2. Decide on the level of support or resources given to individual executives and distributor within the agreed budget.

3. Decide on the credit and discount to be provided to individual customers as per established credit guidelines

Key Skills:

Experience:

Min 10 years of Exposure to selling PVC, CPVC, SWR Pipes & Fittings (Water Tanks etc.)

Qualification:

Graduates / MBA in Marketing

Male candidates only.

Will be looking enitre North India region!!
