Head - Sales & Marketing - Auto (20-28 yrs)
Key Must Haves _
- Strategic Leadership:

- Marketing & Branding:
1. Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and product promotions.
2. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all domestic and international platforms.
3. Manage market research initiatives to track customer preferences and market trends, ensuring product and marketing strategies are relevant and effective.
- P&L Responsibility:
1. Manage the overall sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies while meeting sales goals.
2. Monitor and report on financial performance, sales projections, and key business KPIs for both domestic and export markets.
- Team Leadership:
1. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams.
2. Implement training and development programs to improve the team's competencies, particularly around export regulations and international market dynamics.
- Client & Stakeholder Relationships:
1. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
2. Act as the company's key representative in negotiations, major contracts, and presentations in both domestic and international forums.
- Compliance & Regulations:
1. Ensure all sales and marketing operations comply with industry standards, export regulations, and legal requirements in domestic and international markets.
- Innovation & Product Development:
1. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure market needs are met.
2. Provide insights into customer feedback and market trends to guide product innovation.
Quallification
B.Tech / B.E. (Mech.) / MBA- Proven track record of successfully
Work Exp 20 to 25 Years Automobile Industry (Experience of Handling Automotive Customers)
