Reports to CEO/Managing Director
Experience-10-15 Years in sales & marketing
Preferred Industry-Hospitality & Timeshare
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Propel revenue growth while broadening the customer base.
- Guide and mentor sales and marketing teams.
- Supervise branding, digital marketing, and market research initiatives.
- Cultivate robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Track performance, analyze data, and refine strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Proven leadership in sales & marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experienced with CRM, digital marketing, and business development.
