Desired Profile :
1. Must be from Men's(Women, Kids not a limiting factor) garments preferably, having hands on familiarity with Sportswear, Leisurewear, Casualwear i.e. Athleisure in the relevant markets of South India and working knowledge of other states will be an added attribute.
2. Must have worked in middle management level with good brands in the allied field
3. Must be willing to travel in any part of the country on tour
4. Must be able to communicate in Telegu, Hindi & English. Speaking ability in any other regional language of South India will be an added attribute
5. Having at least 10 years of working experience out of which at least 4 years must have been in a middle management level.
6. Age should not be more than 35 years though age will not be a limiting factor for the deserving candidate
7. Must have close network with the distributive trade (distributors, LFS- s, Chain stores and MBO's in the Southern states of India)
8. Should be an MBA(from a good B school)with high level of proficiency in PPT- s, Excel and other applications of the system. The selected candidate would be expected to be highly analytical, data driven and a high-quality executioner. The right candidate should have accolades behind him to say that he/she is a winner.
9. English medium schooling will be preferred though not a limiting factor for the right candidate
10. Should possess own vehicle for local travelling.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Responsible for Sales in all off line channels like Distribution, EBO- s, LFS- s, Institutional(not operational yet) and Chain stores in all states of South India
2. Managing a team of Key Accounts Managers and Market Activation Managers
3. Managing and Driving distribution network/expansion and recruiting team commensurate with geographical and business expanse
4. Training and development of team members
5. Responsible for Market Intelligence gathering
6. Managing sales operating system and upgrading the same in keeping with the market expansion
7. Responsible for inventory management in all channels for distribution.
8. Responsible for growing market share in all markets where the brand RR is present
9. Responsible for Management Information System assimilation and dissemination through coordinator
10. Responsible for maintaining the work culture in practice
