We have an urgent opening for our client leading Manufacturing Company of Plastic Jars, Bottles and Containers and also they are into Rigid Packaging.
Position- Sales Head
Location- Mumbai
Experience- Min 8 Years
Qualification- MBA (Marketing)
Industry- Plastic, Labeling, Polymer
Roles/ Responsibilities:-
- Revenue generation through Mktg, Managers.
- Responsible for goal set, performance review of sales team.
- Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Managers to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives.
- Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.
- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share.
- Conduct regular meeting with customers and sales team to discuss target status, product training & sales strategy.
- Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from regional office and also customer feedback.
