Hiring for Sales Head for a leading manufacturer specializing in Inkjet Inks
Location: Nagpur
CTC: upto 12 lacs
Experience: 10 to 12 Years
- The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- This role involves strategic oversight over various sales channels, managing a dedicated team of sales professionals, and collaborating closely with marketing, production, and R&D teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Prior experience as a sales manager, or sales and marketing director, ideally within the inkjet or printing industry.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
