Head - Sales - Loan (5-8 yrs)
Exp: Over 5 years of experience in financial sales, specifically in loan products (HL, PL, BL, Mortgage).
Location: Indore.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct daily hurdle meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and resolve any issues.
Provide regular training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
2. Sales and Credit Coordination:
Coordinate with the credit team and banks for Personal Discussion (PD), sanction, and disbursement processes.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between the sales and credit teams to expedite file processing.
Follow up with banks for timely sanction and disbursement of loan applications.
3. Client Handling and Relationship Management:
Handle client queries and provide solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
4. MIS Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports for the sales and credit teams.
Track performance metrics and ensure that all activities are completed within the defined TAT.
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
5. Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end loan processing cycle to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with regulatory and internal standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of loan processing, credit evaluation, and banking operations.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong client handling skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
