Head - Sales - IT Product (8-15 yrs)
Introduction :
We are hiring Product Sales Head for our client who is a leader in the Information Technology Industry.
Responsibilities:
1) Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
2) Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
3) Meeting planned sales goals.
4) Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
5) Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
6) Promoting the organization and products.
7) Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
8) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
9) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualifications:
1) MBA in sales and marketing preferably with engineering background.
2) Successful previous experience as a enterprise sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
3) Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
4) Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
5) Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and strong business sense and industry expertise.
6) Experience in planning and implementing sales of Saas and Paas products preferred.
