Job Description -
1) Position - Sales Head.

4) Qualification - Bachelor's degree in engineering or Computer Science.
5) Location - Mumbai.
6) Responsibility -
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set sales targets and create actionable plans to achieve and exceed them.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales activities.
- Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
