Head - Sales - IT (8-12 yrs)
The Head of Sales is responsible for developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department
- The ability to work on deadlines and cope with the consequent pressure.
- Examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.
- Sell BlueTree's products, its value, and ROI into C- Level business decision makers.
- Develop in depth knowledge of BlueTree's product suites in the area of workforce management and effectively sell to clients through telephonic conversations, face-to-face meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Responsible in creating sales strategies which drives enhanced revenue generation for the business.
- The Head of Sales delivers an optimized market mix relative to the core target consumers and identifies the roadmap that will lead to achievement of the department's goals as well as the overall goals of the business.
- Build knowledge of customers within allocated sector.
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning across multiple industries.
- Qualify and forecast deals accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a - Focus on Customer Excellence- .
Required Skills :
- Interaction with senior executives across multiple industries
- Previous experience selling ERP/HRIS/HCM software and/or selling into HR a plus.
- Strong C-level/board level communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Leadership quality
