Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT/ITeS sales, specifically targeting financial institutions in India. This role requires an individual with strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Experience - 8 - 10 years

Location - Kolkata

Work mode - Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Lead Generation:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target organizations and key decision-makers within different sector.

- Proactively generate independent leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

Sales Execution & Client Engagement:

- Engage with potential clients to present our company's capabilities, articulate value propositions, and provide tailored solutions to their challenges.

- Own and manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and closing deals.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination:

- Leverage internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to support business growth and client engagement strategies.

- Work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and meet revenue targets.

Partnership Development:

- Identify, develop, and manage alliances and partnerships to drive channel sales and expand market reach.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Proven Sales Expertise:

- 8 - 10 years of experience in IT/ITeS sales.

- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.

Business Development & Negotiation Skills:

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

- Effective negotiation skills with experience in handling complex sales processes.

Personal Attributes:

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
