Head - Sales - IT (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- The candidate will be responsible to bring new business/large customer accounts by selling IT solutions developed by the company.
- Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking with customers.
- Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to chase monthly/quarterly targets.
- Develop account relationships and close sales quickly.
- Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential.
- Introduce the products, understand prospects hiring needs, share relevant proposals, negotiate, close the deal, after-sales service and renew the subscription.
- Coordinated with different departments and act like the customer's point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.
- Manage the complete sales cycle independently.
- The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience in an IT sales domain.
- The candidate needs to have a strong skill in Microsoft Office and knowledge of social marketing.
- The candidate should have strong skills in making creative presentations.
- The experiences that the company is seeking from the candidate should be either an IIM candidate with at least 5 years of work experience in IT sales or the candidate needs to have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT sales domain.
