Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan and opportunity pipeline.
- Quickly qualify opportunities and define key strategic positions for each new prospect.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships at the executive, operational, and IT levels.
- Develop and nurture connections with key OEMs, particularly HP and HPE.
Product and Market Expertise:
- Gain and maintain strong knowledge of Jobscope's products and services.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to leverage opportunities effectively.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Set proper expectations throughout the sales cycles to ensure customer satisfaction and create positive references for prospect.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities, both independently and through team collaboration.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Support team members in identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (15-20 years) in enterprise sales and team management.
- Strong connections with OEMs, particularly HP and HPE.
- Excellent relationship-building skills at various organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and Jobscope's products and services.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
