Role and Responsibilities :

- The Head of Sales will report to the COO and be responsible for all business vertical revenue generation. The organization has 5 verticals namely, North America, India, ROW (excluding NA and India), Channel and Prepaid.

- The role involves owning lead generation, development of sales strategies, programs to attract new accounts, retaining existing accounts, maintaining customer relationships, lead generation, field sales, and reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs and sales potential.

Candidate Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience in a similar role, along with good/excellent English communication, aggressive yet pleasing personality, self-driven, result-oriented, mature, credible, reliable, tolerant, determined, empathetic communicator, confident, and keen for new experiences, responsibility, and accountability.

4. Coaching the sales teams

6. Forecasting sales revenues

7. Managing the entire sales budget

- Our preference is to hire a candidate who comes with the existing relationships with HR Heads and can hence leverage those relationships to sell our product. Example - HR Tech Sales Leaders
