Head - Sales - Insurance Products (1-2 yrs)
of the team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies, targeting individuals and families in need of long-term financial security.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with agents and customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, educate clients on product benefits, and close deals.
- Set and exceed sales targets by identifying key prospects and managing the sales cycle.
- Develop strategies to enhance sales through marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in insurance.
- Possession of a valid bike and driving license is a must.
