Head - Sales - Industrial Product/Manufacturing Firm (10-15 yrs)
Sales Head
Urgent requirement for Sales Head for a leading manufacturer of industrial cleaning equipments and Vaccum Cleaners located at Coimbatore location.
Reporting To: CEO/Director-Sales
Job Description:
1.Team management - Nationwide sales team organization, team building, development, mentoring & monitoring
2. Assist team with negotiating price/ finalization of deals
3. Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members
4. Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
5. Conduct business plan review meetings with sales
6. Develop performance improvement plan for sales to meet performance
7. Coordination with RM's to achieve all targets such as Sales, Payment Collection etc.
8. Build a dealer network across the country
9. Develop relationships with major clients, acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs
10. Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business
11. Prepare regular reports of progress against targets and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using P&L and key account metrics
12. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
13. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
14. Address all customer complaints in conjunction with management and other departments and solve in a timely manner
15. Organise, plan and execute Annual Exhibition Calendar to improve brand awareness and market reach
Qualification & Job Specification:
1. 10+ Years in B2B sales
2. 5+ Years leading a sales team
3. Experience in appointing and managing dealer team
4. Excellent communication skill
5. Should be a Graduate/Post Graduate
6. Should be able to Speak, Read & Write in English, Tamil, &'Hindi. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
7. Age Criteria shall be 35yrs to 40yrs only.
