Job Summary :
The sales head is responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts of the organization at a national level. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. The Sales Head plays a critical role in driving business growth and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Target achievement : Achieve Monthly/ quarterly/ Annual sales and revenue target
2. Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market conditions.
3. Team Leadership : Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and motivation to maximize their potential.
4. Sales Forecasting : Analyze market trends and customer data to accurately forecast sales revenues and set achievable targets.
5. Market Expansion : Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including new customer segments, regions, and channels.
6. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
7. Sales Performance Monitoring : Monitor the sales team's performance, track sales metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications :
- Mechanical Engineering degree
