Head - Sales - Hotel (5-8 yrs)
- The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities in the assigned market
- Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
- Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objective
- Manage the relationships with all existing customers and key clients, also managing their end-to-end support needs.
- Generate leads for bringing on new customers and build a strategy to monetize them
- Forecasting sales plans.
- Responsible for developing relationships with the clients, negotiating contracts, and generating business by closing the deal.
- Will be responsible for acquiring new clients & customers in the market.
- Keep an eye on the new development in the market / give feedback on competition
- Maintaining sales team reports and weekly schedule of planned activities.
