Head - Sales - HORECA Segment (15-20 yrs)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduation or Hotel Management
- MBA Preferably
JOB PROFILE :
- To drive the strategy for Sales and Business Development in HoReCa Segment, across all Categories in a uniform, cost effective and productive manner by selling a wide range of assortment and increase the top line of the business
- Focus on building sustainable HoReCa segment by having a focussed approach towards :
- Achieving the targeted % contribution from private labels and general merchandise divisions
- Deepening loyalty of members in the assigned geographies & market segments (Pan India)
- Bridging between members and Corporate and help in generating wining solutions for all the stake holders
- Leading the company's efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers. Playing an integral role in new business pitches & holding responsibility for effective on-boarding of new clients
- Creating a strong pipeline
- Identifying & participating in special initiatives such as Strategic Projects & other member centric activities.
MAJOR CHALLENGES :
- One of the key challenge is to manage the scale of growth, ensure the right product mix depending on the customer requirements.
- Managing key accounts is a very critical aspect
- There is a need to generate more business from the - HORECA- segment since this segment is fairly unexplored with huge potential.
- Adherence to the clean ethical method of functioning is very critical to maintain the brand image in the market
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :
- Should have sound understanding of HORECA Industry. Ideally should have worked in any leading Hotel chains in Procurement side
- Should have a sales experience with any manufacturer/C&C in managing Hotels or self consumption business as customers
- Understanding of how, Horeca Segments Operate
- Should have excellent Computer Proficiency and analytical Skills.
- Should have led a team in previous assignment
