Job Opportunity- Business Head - Home Appliances Vertical

- As a Business Head, you will be steering all the initiatives of one of our Businesses and be the "Profit Driver". Your responsibilities will include identifying, inducting and leading a team of:

- "A" players to expand our customer and channel partner base and involve cross-cutting responsibilities such as strategy, marketing, research, advertising, business development, product planning and management, constant interaction with all the relevant tech teams, etc.

- Your primary goal will be to build and execute a high-level, growth driven strategy to create and manage complete market dominance.

Duties:

The following are the daily roles and responsibilities for the position :

Division Roles & Responsibilities :

Service :

- Monitor service team's performance

- Ensuring the SOP's are followed

Operations :

- Overseeing the branch operation

- Ensuring all Transfer Orders are made

- Overseeing assembly line operations

IT :

- Ensuring proper reports are generated

- Approving sales order

- Warehouse Management

Monthly visits to warehouse, ensuring stock is tallied

- Monitoring whether the stacking of products is done as per the set standards or not

- Planning and strategizing liquidation of damaged products

Job Description :

- Give direction to procurement head about product's price vs features

- Build relationship with suppliers and identify new brands for the portfolio

- Work with supplier directly for product portfolio development

- Ensuring profitability and financing options are as per company norms

- Monthly review of PSI and work with procurement head and suppliers for further orders

- Sales planning - yearly, quarterly, and monthly

- Defining products' price

- Follow up with BDM, NSMs and RSMs regarding: Sales, Dealer

- Expansion, Market Trends, Credit limit allocation

- Regular market visits

- Sales vs Collection review

- Scheme Development

- Ensuring sales are per the B-Plan. Constant analysis of stock & sales with respective heads

Stock Management :

- Work with marketing team in defining marketing budget, festive schemes

- Performing market surveys for medical industry and color lab industry, and defining way forward

- Identify need-gaps in the market and pursue appropriate companies for the distribution tie-up

- Developing marketing strategies for brand development

- Ensuring right sales person is hired for the right job

- Approving requisitions for assets and salary advances

- Finance Overseeing Customer ledger for rate adjustments, cash discount
