- Managing and scaling multi-channel sales operations, including direct consumer sales and large-scale B2B transactions.
- Overseeing a sales team comprising BDMs, Pre-Sales Executives, Channel Sales teams, Branding Managers, Online Sales, and HR Managers.

- Extensive experience in health supplement and herbal extract sectors.
- Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth.
- Experience managing B2B and direct consumer sales operations.
