Head - Sales - Healthcare (15-24 yrs)
Job Description:
(1) Primary role is to drive the Relationship Management Group and deliver budgeted footfall/revenue numbers for all centres
(2) Responsible for hiring, training and retaining sales team members
(3) Track performance management systems by harnessing technology to the extent possible and measure productivity benchmarks against each team member
(4) Tracking productivity and daily monitoring of footfall at each centre and corrective measures in case of negative deviations
(5) Carry out hyper local on-ground activation for each Centre and ensure adequate awareness and recall in local markets in partnership with central Marketing team + Centre level operations team
(6) Organize CMEs and spearhead other relationship building initiatives with KOLs in defined markets
(7) Reporting business data and market/competition intelligence on regular basis
(8) Manage senior physician relationships and be responsible as a single point of contact for all escalations from physicians and offer solutions
(9) Periodic Review of the sales team, build knowledge driven consultative sales approach and contribute towards positive team culture
(10) Planning and executing sales collaterals with the marketing team & should have good doctor refferal
