Salary : 15 lacs plus 15% revenue linked incentive

Job Description :

- Professionally and effectively manage the sales to achieve targets

- Continuously monitor the product mix Month on month

- Identify and develop a different channel for Sales

- Manage and retain the team efficiently to achieve the sales target within specified timelines

- Maintain internal and external relationships of Stakeholders

- Continuously monitor the hiring and maintain a healthy pipeline

This is a travelling job and requires travelling atleast 10 days in a month.Company at present is operational from 7 locations in India, all the metro cities and big cities of India.

The caregiver business will be 100 crore business ( in an organised market) in the next five years; the caregiver industry is expanding itself in a way to fit in with this growing demand. The growth of the caregiver business is also driven by adult children who rely on services from home health companies that keep their parents safe and comfortable. Nobody wants to see their loved one placed in a nursing home, and the home health care business provides a compassionate, cost-effective alternative for those who need extra help to stay in their homes.

Many families struggle to balance child care duties, careers and caring for ageing parents, and those struggles have also bolstered the growth of the home care business. It's common for adult children to arrange for a visiting nurse or caregiver for their parents, particularly in situations where the children don- t live in the same town, city or state as their parents. The number and the proportion of India's elderly are growing, and so should programmes intended to ensure the comfort and safety of this segment of the population. According to a report by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation titled - Elderly in India 2021- . Accordingly, there will be nearly 138 million elderly persons in India in 2021, including 67 million men and 71 million women.
