Head - Sales - FMCG - South (5-10 yrs)
Our Client is a leading Indian FMCG company in snacks and food business, Market leaders in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. They have a turnover in excess of Rs. 800 crores, having grown 6 times in the past 4 years and they have PAN India growth plans.
They have retained us to advise them the selection of HEAD SALES- SOUTH INDIA, to be based at Bangalore.
Responsibilities :
Will be responsible for :
- Business Development
- Increasing Market share
- Brand/ Product Visibility
- Launching Schemes
- Getting New dealers/ Point of Sales/ Outlets
Candidate Requirements :
- MBA in Marketing or Sales from a good B school.
- Around 30-32 years in age
- Experience in South Region is mandatory.
- Should have experience in Brand Management.
- Should have handled 3-4 states as an ASM (Area Sales Manager)
- Preferably have experience in Snacks & food/ Soft Drinks business.
- Knowledge of South Indian languages preferable.
