Head - Sales - FMCG Distribution House (15-25 yrs)
Mandatory: Fluency in Assamese Language
1. Planning, deploying and executing joint business plans i.e. Accomplish objective by designing plan, budget and result measurement, allocating resources, review progresses and mid course correction.
2. Increasing management effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, managers &communicating Values, Strategy and objectives
3. Planning, Monitoring & Appraising Managers Results; Developing Incentives
4. Develop Strategic plan by studying and monitoring data for building business.
5. Build Company image by coordinating with top customer, government,and employees enforcing ethical business practice.
6. Leads the Company Vision and Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing required result as needed.
Experience :
- Should have experience working in the FMCG industry or the Pharma industry.
- Should have hands on experience working in the North East region with good market knowledge.
- 15+ years of Experience in Sales with significant experience in Distributor & Account Management
- Should have exhibited skill of leading sales at a Area / zonal/ regional head role for minimum 5 years.
- Experience across different channels preferred Traditional stores, modern retail, e-commerce, govt. channels etc.
- Should have managed a large dispersed team for atleast 5-6 years with a demonstrated ability to teach, coach and grow strong organizations
- Experience across GTM design, trade promotions, MR Operations, Channel Management, Sales Capability etc is preferred
- Experience of managing and being responsible for P&L/Budgets
