Head - Sales - FMCG (7-19 yrs)
Candidate should have strong working knowledge and should have prior experience in FMCG sales, candidates should have management experience.
1. Managing a Value Business
2. Responsible for overall Regional Sales Value and Volume Achievement for Regular/Volume Products.
3. Execution of identified and major key initiatives in the areas of distribution, expansion, distributor, management and sales operations.
4. Dealer Management- identify, meet and maintain relationships with key dealers.
5. Recruitment and Retention of Team Members.
6. Collection and updating of competitive data, market intelligence, MIS, potential mapping of key products.
7. Monitoring the inventory turns of the distributors.
