Education :
A Graduate in any field.
Experience :
- Very Strong experience in Sales in a FMCG Co only.
- Experience in managing Modern Trade or Traditional Trade is mandatory
- Experience in managing channel sales would be an advantage.
- Reporting Relationship The role will report to a CO-Founder of the Co and supervise over a team of 8 Sales Lead.
SALES HEAD
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the sales of products from warehouse to the retailer.
- Manage implementation of commercial terms such as trade schemes, discounting and ensuring delivery of stock at all outlets.
- Supervise team of sales leads to ensure product availability with customers/outlets and regular reordering by the customer.
- Grow coverage by increasing the fold of new outlets across all cities using company for buying their FMCG products.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
- Liaise with Sourcing, Marketing and Corporate Office personnel to increase solution offering.
