Job Description :
- Device business strategy, to ramp expansion of business in Southern states.
- Identify / recruit/ train and motivate team to deliver high standards of performance.
- Analyse competition / suggest way forward to counter.
- Create schemes/ design activities to develop business.
- Device systems/ use technology to bring clarity of operations.
- Provide long term and short term business plan and drive the same.
Profit centre operations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should be from FMCG and from food background
- Experience of handling Southern markets must.
Age limit is Below 45 years.
Education-
UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG : MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
