Head - Sales - FMCG (2-6 yrs)
Sales Head - Lucknow
- Experience of 2 - 5 years in FMCG/Telecom/Ecommerce OR enthusiastic entrepreneurs
- Motivated to work in high dynamic growth environment.
- Have hands-on experience in data efficiency
- Strong people management skills and effective in handling a team of 30
- Understand and thrive in a competitive environment to drive teams to deliver targets
- Proactively design processes and systems with customer-centric solutions thereby ensuring sales and operational growth at the designated area.
- Effectively anchor Stakeholder Management by overseeing the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet customer expectations.
- Provide direction & Guidance to the Sales & Operations teams that would be reporting to this position.
- Take ownership of P & L of the city and make growth plans in conjunction with all the teams and ensure targets are met.
- Ensure organizational effectiveness by showcasing leadership qualities
Skills Required : Bias to action, strong analytical mindset, customer understanding, understanding of P&L fundamentals, strong communication skills and execution efficiency.
Must Haves :
- Minimum 1 year in Account Management, planning, sales, and strategy from FMCG, retail, telecom business
- P&L handling experience
- B2C sales experience only
- Team Handling is a must
- Last mile operation
- Must have MBA
