Position : Sales Head
Key Responsibilities :
- Create monitor and review strategic business plan and annual business plans for company Brand business Blended Spices, Pickles, Thecha, Chutni
- Analyze the environment for opportunities to position its products and solutions.
- Drive the sales team and distributors for Sale of new products.
- Build a team of performing Sales.
- Build relationships with key decision makers of potential distributors and retailers.
- Ensure quality of order and profitability from Sales.
- Represent company in professional networking events and other business forums.
- Develop Strategy for business promotional activities to raise the visibility of Company's product basket.
- Develop sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training the employees.
- Maintains work results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Monitor and achieve KPA's and KRA's of the department.
Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate having 10-20 years of Sales experience in FMCG / Food Industry (Preferably from Spices / Masala) and Proven track record of positive sales performance age group of 35-45yrs.
- Should have experience in appointing Distributors.
- Should have the knowledge of Potential customer base.
- We are looking for experienced sales professional for heading sales team in entire Maharashtra. Should have worked in all parts of Maharashtra / Mumbai. Strong communication skills, Marathi is must
- Travelling Must.
