Head - Sales - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
1. Generation of Primary and secondary sales
2. Drive superior customer experience & Identify new markets and business opportunities.
3. Booking Sales Orders and credit notes & Coordination for ensuring Label registrations.
4. Obtain on time order confirmations from the customer, follow up for permits and other required documents with customers.
5. Coordinating & managing existing distributors &new distributors in pipeline.
6. Sales planning and Execution & Preparation of daily reports.
7. Monitoring your team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
8. Recording orders and sending details to the sales office & Regular Sales performance review and feedback
