Head - Sales - Events (10-15 yrs)
- Generating leads and achieving targets with maximum profitability.
- Fix up meeting and follow-up till the closure of the deal.
- Front face the clients and ensure that a suitable pitch is made to the client within the agreed timelines and budget as requested.
- Meet existing Skil clients and develop opportunities from them.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies, business development initiatives & client relationship solutions.
- Interpret, Ideate and Prepare event proposals for given client briefs.
- Ensure smooth communication between the client and internal teams for all event requirements, planning and execution and delivered to exceed client's expectations.
- Coordination with external agencies and vendors to execute events.
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements of clients.
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Be in charge of recruiting, hiring and training personnel.
- Supervise all the staff in Events.
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports.
- Initiate, organise, and manage FAM trips and networking events.
