Head - Sales - Electronics/Test & Measurement/Instrumentation & Hand Tools (12-15 yrs)
Sales Head - (South)
Should have worked for a minimum period of 12+ years in South India in the area of Sales, preferably in Electronics, Test & Measurement, Instrumentation and Hand Tools.
Education : B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Electronics / Electrical / instrumentation) Management Qualification is preferred
Key Result Areas/ Principal Responsibilities
Achievement of laid out sales and cost management targets.
Develop, implement and control over the call cycle procedure, allowing the highest possible engagement with customers, potential as well as existing, to achieve set objectives and targets.
Generation of a monthly and quarterly reports.
Ensuring the ongoing use of Sales Logix CRM software across the team as well as responsibility for the integrity of the recorded data.
Facilitate the speedy and satisfactory resolution of all referred customer enquiries and complaints in the region.
Provide strategic managerial input as well as feedback to management.
To prepare, plan and run effective field team meetings to deliver and monitor the company/ regional objectives.
Traveling to various territories with the objective to achieving the above.

Increase in business in terms of - Net-New- and - Existing- business.
Achievement of territory monetary and growth targets.
Achievement and Increase in territory average order value, breadth of purchase and average order frequency.
Accurate, relevant and timely reports.
Informed decision making.

Development of plans and their objectives achieved within set out times.
