Head - Sales - Electricals (12-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand markets and decide market entry strategies for new regions and for new & existing product portfolios. Able to understand current and future market trend and its impact.
- Collect and analyse market data to drive growth and develop markets.
- Assign sales territories. Set and enforce sales goals with distributors. Ensure the revenue goals of are met in timely manner.
- Establish and lead regular meetings and conference calls with distributors.
- Assist distributors with training as and when required.
- Implement new sales strategies and techniques with the distributors.
- Prepare and execute monthly/ quarterly/ annual reviews of distributors. Generate reports in timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare quarterly sales forecasts for the for each product basket.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in each territory and facilitate ongoing product training and support.
- Generate revenue thru project-sales. Establish & maintain relationship with Architects.
- Provide regular written and oral presentations to the Customers as well as Management.
- Attend trade exhibitions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, his team-members as well as with builders, architects & corporate clients.
- Significant domestic travel required.
- Support related tasks as and when required.
Desired profile :
Qualification : Bachelors Degree in any field. Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing and formal education in Electricals will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Experience: Min. 12-15 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in the similar product/industry.
Skills:
Excellent Communication in English, Strong relationship & networking skills, Goal Oriented, Ability to travel extensively, commercially astute with strong negotiation Skills, Team building ability, Etc.
