Experience - 15 to 20 years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Worked on PMI ATP accreditation.
- Rich experience on any certifications and training in the current market.
- Close connections with the vendors in the market for training, exams and certifications.
- Lead and manage the CHIP (Channel Incentive platform) under Microsoft Partner Network and redeem the SATVs and generate more revenue for the organization.
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Leading PMP public class for B2B and B2C clients to increase sales pipeline and adding more revenue.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Worked with the certified IT Training vendors as well as instructors for accreditation.
- Ability to achieve planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goal and reporting sales results as necessary.
- Overseeing activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with Sales Managers for revenue..
- The ongoing training of the team to discuss sales strategy.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA degree in business Administration.
- Well experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience in managing and directing multiple sales managers team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Ability to lead team of Sales Managers.
