Head - Sales - EduTech (15-22 yrs)
- Job Description:
- Define plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales targets.
- Overall responsibility for the direction, strategic development, performance and maintenance of the sales activities of the sales team
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Maximising company profit, set and deliver forecast, and achieve annual sales targets.
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Devise sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Accountable for achieving and exceeding targeted advertising sales revenues for the market and for controlling sales expenses
- Creating / advancing / executing strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team
- Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Sales Support; support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects
- Act as a bridge between the market and the product development team
- Maintaining an effective sales team by recruiting and training employees
- Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and maximise sales performance in the most efficient, cost effective and commercial manner
- Evaluate market research, competitor and customer surveys and execute strategies in line with evaluations
- Analyse data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales, design and marketing teams providing key business insights: (incl. customer segmentation, Trends, Target Account and Market Segmentation
