Sales Head
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Responsible for deciding sales objectives by forecasting, projecting expected sales volume and profit
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work result
- Maintains sales force by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Maintains sales force job results by counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and doing performance management
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
- Collaborating with central teams to improve sales processes around culture, discipline, incentive, leads and closure
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in sales
- Should have managed larger teams on ground
- Focused and possess sales mindset
- Team Leader with objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring
- Ability to get things done and influence others
- Analytical frame of mind & a go getter attitude
- Demonstrates high ethical values
