Job Description :
- We are looking for a senior level Sales professional to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our certification courses, training and other services for businesses and end users alike. The candidate will be architecting a sales strategy along with building and mentoring a team of sales and business development representatives for our edtech and training business.
Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Building and managing a sales team, setting sales targets, and providing coaching and mentorship.
- Identifying new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships.
- Creating and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Evangelize the products and services and personally help close deals through negotiation and closing deals that will fuel the high-velocity lead flow.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with existing clientele and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Continuously evaluating and refining sales processes and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Building and nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system for that enables greater visibility in the market and high-velocity lead flow Keep the business relevant and ahead of the market by constantly interpreting customer, market, and technology trends.
