Head - Sales - eCommerce Startup (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities Include
- Build, Implement and evolve the sales function design
- Hire and develop the sales team
- Set clear goals, incentive structure and targets
- Improve the productivity of the sales team by identifying and filling the current training gaps and performance management systems.
- Drive strong customer growth, tonnage per order and retention
- Champion the customers within the organization, Influence stakeholders to deliver real value to customers
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in managing large field sales team
- MBA from Top institutions
- Preferably from FMCG / Telecom or companies with field sales structure
