Ecommerce Head
- The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a senior counsel and account leader for top market places
- Ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals are attained at each client engagement
- Develop long and short-term plans and goals for the organization
- Coordinating with the marketplace buyers (primarily Myntra, Amazon & Ajio) & ad managers to deliver target sales.
- Coordinating with performance marketing agency to meet & deliver on own d2c channel targets
- Strategizing with in-house sales & marketing team to plan and deliver on monthly sales targets
- Coordinating campaigns with the social marketing manager
- Pushing organic visibility on marketplaces by liaisoning with buyers
- Analyzing & strategizing with sales and marketing strategies with the team
Qualifications :
- Masters' degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in E-commerce D2C brand handling experience
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills
