- Amazon Sales Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling sales of company-owned brands on Amazon, specifically for fast-moving branded products priced between Rs. 500-2000.

- Marketplace Growth Strategy: Proven experience in growing brand sales on marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart, collaborating with Category Heads to create profitable sales schemes and maximize exposure.

- Advertising Campaigns: Manage and run advertising campaigns on marketplaces to drive traffic and achieve sales targets. Experience in optimizing ad spend and tracking campaign performance to meet desired results.

- A+ Content Creation: Deep knowledge of creating A+ listings on Amazon to enhance product visibility, brand presentation, and customer engagement.

- Marketplace Reconciliation & P&L Management: Experience in reconciling marketplace accounts and preparing a detailed monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for each marketplace to track profitability and ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Sales Target Setting & Achievement: Set sales goals for the ecommerce team and ensure that sales targets are consistently met across all platforms, including marketplaces, the company website, and other online channels.

- Product Listing & Catalog Management: Oversee the cataloging, product listings, and management of products across marketplaces. Ensure product data is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum sales potential.

- Customer Feedback Monitoring: Monitor and respond to online customer feedback and product-related queries, ensuring a positive customer experience and swift resolution of any issues.

- Product Promotion & Bundling: Strategically decide on which products to promote, including bundling options, to maximize sales and enhance the product portfolio.

- Competitive Pricing & Deals: Analyze competitor pricing and product listings to ensure competitive positioning. Implement pricing strategies, deals, and offers to capture market share.

- Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, drive traffic to online platforms, and increase sales.
