Head - Sales - Design Studio (4-8 yrs)

Our client is a design studio based in Mumbai that specializes in lighting design. The studio focuses on creating fixtures and installations that interpret and enhance different environments lit by artificial light. With a diverse range of projects, the studio questions objects while considering their context and cultural associations.
Role Overview :
As Sales Head, you will lead our sales initiatives, drive lead generation, secure closures, and ensure collections. Your role will be integral to expanding our brand's reach and building lasting relationships with luxury clients who value high-quality, unique design.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation & Management: Identify and manage leads through exhibitions, social media, and other channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
2. Client Engagement & Closures: Cultivate strong client relationships, present our unique offerings, and effectively close high-value sales.
3. Collections: Ensure timely collection from clients to support project delivery and financial health.
4. Lead Handover: Collaborate closely with the Project Management team by handing over qualified leads to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze lead metrics, conversions, and revenue targets; leverage insights for ongoing improvement and growth.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Experience: 4 years of sales experience within luxury sectors, such as high-end fashion, interior design, lighting, or jewelry.
- Education: Degree in Luxury Brand Management or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel for tracking and analyzing sales data.
- Excellent grooming and communication skills, reflecting the sophistication of a luxury brand.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage relationships, and drive sales conversions.
