Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive growth. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and mentoring a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to motivate a team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Having exp of working closely with Founders
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and tracking performance against targets.
- Revenue Growth: Set ambitious sales targets and lead the team in achieving or exceeding these goals through innovative approaches and customer solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall company objectives.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies, enhance the customer experience, and support business growth.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine sales processes to optimize efficiency, streamline operations, and maximize team productivity.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 15 years of sales experience, with at least 10 years in a sales leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving/exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies, with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
