Head - Sales - Copiers/Printers/ Managed Print Services (10-20 yrs)

This opportunity is for anyone who has more than 10 years of experience in field sales of any product in the B2B space and is willing to develop a client base and sell all Ricoh products and solutions i.e Copiers, Printers, Multi-Functional Devices, Software Solutions & Managed Print Services (MPS). Candidates with prior work experience in Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Wep & HP would be preferred.

The candidate is expected to create opportunities for Managed print Services (MPS).

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create a sales plan for existing accounts & identify potential accounts in different verticals within the assigned region.

- Responsible for planning & strategy to penetrate into listed accounts, finding new accounts, establishing connect with key stakeholders and building relationships.

- Reach out to new accounts to understand their organization, existing set up of office imaging infrastructure, document management solutions and their current or upcoming needs where Ricoh's products and services can be positioned

- Generate prospects and keep a healthy funnel to meet the assigned sales plan.

- Propose solutions to new accounts within the region, for their office imaging needs including both hardware and solutions

- Ensure customer service and satisfaction as per client's expectation and build brand loyalty & find opportunities for other businesses, like IT Hardware/ Software solutions.

- Support in execution of the orders received and be accountable for project management and transition management in that account.

- Support in outstanding collection and any other compliance needs emerging from the MPS contract, signed with the account.

- Communication: Should be able to communicate effectively. Is able to convey/sell thoughts and ideas by listening first & ensuring if the concerned person or group has grasped the core message.

- Result Orientation: Has a consistent record of achieving results & shows accountability towards goals assigned. Displays keenness to learn and develop oneself.

- Customer Focus: Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and create valuable professional relationships by delighting customers leading to additional business opportunities.
