Head - Sales/Consumer Service - Extended Warranty Domain - Insurance (10-20 yrs)
Role Summary :
We're seeking a Sales/Vertical Head to drive growth, scale our operations, and lead strategic market expansion in our Extended Warranty vertical.
Role Overview :
The Sales/Vertical Head will be responsible for strategic leadership, revenue generation, team building, and driving market share growth by building strong partnerships and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead a high-performing sales team, define strategy, and achieve business growth targets.
- Business Development: Build partnerships with key B2B stakeholders, OEMs, and retailers to expand market reach.
- Sales Operations: Monitor performance, track forecasts, and ensure sales goals are consistently met.
- Customer Focus: Align product offerings with customer needs and market trends.
- Team Management: Foster a motivated, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.
- Market Insight: Monitor competitors (e.g., OneAssist, Zopper, OnsiteGo) and identify opportunities to stay ahead.
- P&L Ownership: Drive profitability by managing operational costs and achieving revenue objectives.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in extended warranty, insurance or financial services associated to the extended warranty business.
- Proven success in B2B/B2C sales strategy, leadership, and revenue generation.
- Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, market analysis, stakeholder negotiation, and operational excellence.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
