Position : Sales Head

Client : Corporate and Institutional

Job Overview:

To develop organization overall Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Strategic Planning, & Corporate Communications programs. Aggressive Client Development & Retention through effective Brand Building, Client Services & Loyalty programs.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for deciding Sales objectives by forecasting, projecting expected Sales volume and profit

- Completes Sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning Sales team, following up on work result

- Maintains Sales force by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

- Identifying key areas for improvement in the Sales process

- Collaborating with central teams to improve Sales processes around culture, discipline,incentive, leads and closure

- Drive Sales aggressively for our Due Diligence & Background Checks offerings and ensure achievement of targets month on month

- Responsible to build and sustain corporate base for bulk Sales globally

- Maintain monthly Sales tracker, plan and execute market site visits

- Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones

- Demand forecasting and analysis, drive Sales keeping in view competitive analysis

- Responsible for ensuring timely collections from partners in coordination with finance.

- Ability to survive in a fast-paced work environment with little or no help

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Experience: 10 - 15 years
