Head - Sales - Construction Equipment (10-20 yrs)
Position : Head Equipment Sales
Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Qualification : BE/Diploma in Mechanical + MBA or Graduate with minimum experience- 10-20 years selling experience of Construction Equipment
Salary : 100000.00- 120000 Per Month + Other Benefits
Our client one of the leading Group of Companies originally started its activities with the establishment in 1986 with the dealership of Ingersoll-Rand for western Madhya Pradesh. The Group is the oldest active dealership of Volvo Construction Equipment in Madhya Pradesh. Over the years other distributorships were added and the territory was increased to cover the whole of Madhya Pradesh with offices at Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Satna, Gwalior, and Singrauli. Moreover, the group always worked as per the guidelines of its principals and has maintained an excellent financial discipline serving 1000+ customers.
Job Description :
- Responsible for overall Volvo CE strategic and Business deliverables (Equipment Sales KPI's and Market Share KPI) with assigned territories
- Strategize plans for annual units and profitability targets in assigned territory by implementing sales and marketing -activities analysing market trends to deliver results.
- Establish sales forecasting effectiveness ascertaining market trends securing products allocations for your territory
- Implements sales schemes by developing field action plans by aligning selling price, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
- Overall achieve sales volume, product mix, and selling price with changing trends overcome competitors keeping Volvo CE Wanted Position
- Engage and work with Volvo HQ / Regional team on business volumes /marketing/price realization/ participate business review meetings to scale up sales targets

- Strong products and segment knowledge with Business and Financial acumen
- Customer Relationships with Selling Solutions
- Managing sales team performance with commercial and business insights by consultative mentoring
- Compare sales KPI performance measurement keeping dual brands sales drive participation and penetration
- Influence competitiveness as mentor amongst sales and cross functional teams
- Create a transparent, data-driven analytics work environment for quick decisions
PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE :
- Ability to work effectively within a Matrix structure Sales environment
- Ensure good coordination and collaboration across dealerships for smooth retail sales and support synergies
- High engagement in monitoring industry projects across regions to devise well structured sales pitch to the prospective customers
- Drive Volvo CE Retail Excellence Business strategy (for Volvo and SDLG branded products) for the assigned dealer territory
- Ensure composition of sales team as integral factor for developing sales analytics and business results
- High engagement with Dealer Partner by influencing Sales /brand building promotion events for Sales development and Sustainability
Should have experience in Construction Equipment of Sales of Excavators, Loader, Grader, Paver, Compactor, etc
Must have 10- to 20 Years- experience of Industrial Sales and Business Development
