The skin care solutions provides luxury beauty and aesthetics services through its clinics in Delhi, Gurgaon and Kolkata and would be expanding nationally and internationally in the near future.
The Group is financially strong, growth-oriented and ethical company with an eye for expansion into new categories and offering in the Health and Wellness space.
Job Description :
Drive sales in India for hair restoration and skincare for both owned clinics and franchisee clinics:
- Lead the sales force at the clinics and closely monitor and manage their performance
- Regular interaction with franchisees to ensure high engagement and performance
- Closely track all the International Leads and their conversions
- Drive Medical Tourism with the help of marketing team
- BTL - Manage the huge potential of Hair Stylists network along with Doctor network as well as other referral opportunities
- Closely co-monitor the performance of Marketing and their ROI
- Build a strong culture of sales and ownership
Drive sales in both brands International Clinics. Closely interact with the Franchises in India and outside to review their business KPIs, their marketing effort and conversions to ensure optimum results.
Sales Planning and Monitoring :
- Setting Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales targets (for clinics and personnel)
- Real time MIS and sales pipeline maintenance
- Incentive Scheme Creation and deployment with Finance team
Call Centre: Manage all aspects of call center operations and ensure optimum utilization and productivity for both brands.
New Initiatives: Ensure healthy growth in all new initiatives of the company including new products and services
Training: Organize bi-annual meeting to train people on sales, marketing, business and operations for India and International teams.
